ART PRINTS: All sales are final unless damaged or defective on all art prints, including loose prints, stretched canvas, framed pieces, aluminum, wood and acrylic products. Damaged or defective products can be replaced by emailing, within five business days, pictures of the damaged item and packaging, along with a description of the problem (i.e broken glass, wrong image, etc).
GoodSalt offers a 30 day return policy (excluding individual image licenses) on all other physical products. If you are not satisfied for any reason with the product you have purchased you may return it within 30 days of the original order. Products that are defective in any way may be replaced or refunded in full. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to returned products when there are no defects (You will be refunded up to 75% of the original amount paid). We do require notification of a return by calling Customer Service during regular business hours (MST) at 800.805.8001
