Buscando a Jesús

Jesus stands in a quiet roadway outside the walls of Jerusalem as a group of disciples and pilgrims gather around Him, one man extending his hands in earnest appeal. The walled city, distant hills, travelers, and open gate create the setting of a public encounter during the days of Jesus’ ministry. The composition recalls the Gospel moment when worshipers came seeking access to Christ, saying in effect, “We want to see Jesus.”
